Driven by the specific demands of the new API FA-4 category and the quest for greater fuel efficiency and lower emissions, we have created DURON Advanced, our durable low viscosity, high performing synthetic blend, heavy duty diesel engine oil for the emerging and future fuel-efficient engines.

API FA-4 category oils:

  • Will not be interchangeable with older oils, and
  • Will have limited backwards compatibility with older engines

Formulated for excellent performance in cold weather conditions and advanced soot protection API CH-4 licensed and meets the requirements of Caterpillar ECF-1-a, Mack EO-M Plus and Cummins 20076 with higher oil film strength than is required by SAE J300 for 0W-30 multigrade engine oils Provides advanced soot control and excellent engine protection in the extreme cold.
